Motivating High Potentials

Motivating High Potentials is particularly difficult for several reasons. We’ll see here why.

First the High Potentials have a fast brain. They think so fast, hardly anyone can follow.
Second, they get bored easily. As they think so fast, they are finished thinking before others.
Third, they are ahead of others nearly all of the time.
In conclusion, it is difficult to keep High Potentials concentrated with your things. Motivating them is a continuous challenge therefore.
